Award Description: Conduct modernization activities at various Public Housing developments to include site work, replacement of windows, doors, toilets as well as the installation of new electric water heaters, drops for telephone and cable tv and new electric ranges. This funding can be expected to provide employment for an architect/engineer, construction workers and product manufacturers. In addition this funding can be expected to substantially modernize public housing units in this jurisdiction.
