Award Description: Funding used for homeless prevention and rapid rehousing of homeless persons.
Project Description: Have had numerous meeting with the County Department of Social Services working to outline what can and cannot be covered by the program as well as developing a Memorandum of Agreement which should be signed by the end of October for the program to begin November 1, 2009.
