The County expects to serve 70 households in the first year.
Project Description: The County plans to use HPRP funds for both homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing. The County has allocated funds to 5 subgrantees across the county. The jurisdictions is a urban county that receives its own allocations of HPRP funds, and non-profit organizations to provide case management and relocation assistance. The County expects to prevent homelessness for 70 households which will assist in ending homelessness in the area. It will focus on providing a combination of financial assistance and services to individuals and families who are homeless or about to become homeless.
