Award Description: Homelessness Prevention and Rapid ReHousing: The Orange County Departments of Community Development and Social Services will work together to provide case management and rent assistance through the County's two one-stop Housing Resource Centers. Housing Resource Centers are open to the public in the County's two major cities, Newburgh and Middletown and offer comprehensive one-stop housing services for consumers who are at-risk of becoming homeless or who are currently homeless.
