Award Description: 544 - (Combo Loan & Grant) Water Only - 09/10 Stimulus
Project Description: Projected results to include reducing the water losses and improve health and human safety by continuing to provide need water supply to rural residents and reducing large leaks that increase the chane for contamination by infiltration through the leak itself and backflow contamination resulting from a loss of ressure int he system. Operating costs will be reduced while water quantity and stability of water availability to users is increased.
Infrastructure Description: To invest in infrastructure that will provide long-term economic benefits. To stabilize the districts budgets and end user rates in order to minimize and avoid reductions in essential services.
