Award Description: Scope of work including providing personnel and equipment necessary to perform engineering; geotechnical investigations and engineering evaluations (sealed by a licensed engineer), which assess slope stability, levee settlement, bearing capacity, soil strength parameters, and contains a detailed seepage analysis, to include through seepage and under seepage analysis; surveying and mapping; final design; and preparation of construction documents for the rehabilitation improvements of the Banker Floodway - South Levee of the Lower Rio Grande Flood Control Project. Bidding assistance services were also included. The items of delivery include 90% and final Construction Specifications, 90% and final Construction Drawings, 90% and final Design Report, 90% and final Survey Control Maps, 90% and final GIS Database in ESRI ARCGIS, 90% and final Geotechnical Report, 90% and final Technical Memorandum for the Opinion of Probable Cost. Compensation was estimated to be over a period of 4 months at $19,908.75 per month for a total cost of $79,635.
