Activities completed or in progress include: 1) The recruitment of a program coordinator 2) Notification to program partners 3) Notification and initial coordination of partners' meeting 4) Creation of contracts for IT consultant and medical director
Jobs Summary: A coordinator hired will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the SEARCH Program, including processing of student applications; providing SEARCH program information through email, presentations, recruitment fairs, and on an individual basis; and coordinating preceptor trainings throughout the state. The SEARCH Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating each student?s schedule, addressing student concerns, and working with preceptors to ensure they receive the appropriate faculty status and continuing education credits. The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating program meetings, trainings, and other events, as needed. The Coordinator will work with the Database Consultant and the Association?s Events and Publications Coordinator to assure that the appropriate data is being captured and that students can access program information through the webpage. The Coordinator will process the student and preceptor stipends and will assist with contracts and Memoranda of Agreement with preceptors and partners. (Total jobs reported: 0)
