Award Description: The purpose of this award is to expand access to needed primary health care services specifically by expanding services at existing health center sites in an underserved area or for an underserved population.

Project Description: Two new medical providers were contracted with, 3 facility support staff were hired, 1 contract and grant specialist was contracted with, 2 patient service representatives were retained, 1 accounting technician was retained, 2 medical assitants were retained, and 1 information systems manager was retained.
