Award Description: Assist states in the implementation of a statewide, comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary, interagency system of early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
Project Description: The purpose of the awards to the sub recipients is to maintain and expand the statewide system of early intervention services for eligible infants and toddlers with disabilities. Significant deliverables include increasing the availability of early intervention personnel, enhancing child find and public awareness to reach traditionally underserved populations, support the professional development needs of early intervention practitioners, update the child data system, and infrastructure needs at the state and local level.
