Award Description: Construction Management and Commissioning Management Services for Phases 2 and 3 of the Modernization of the US Department of Commerce Headquarters in the Herbert C. Hoover Building in Washington, DC. The Herbert C. Hoover Systems Replacement project is an 8-phase project intended to provide upgrade electrical and mechanical systems and other related improvements to this 1.9 million gross square foot historic landmark. ARRA funded work includes Design Phase Commissioning Services (Option B.8.3.6), Phase 2 Construction Phase administration, support and commissioning (Options B.8.3.3, B.8.3.4, and B.8.3.7), Phase 3 Construction Phase administration, support and commissioning (Options B.8.4.3, B.8.4.4, and B.8.4.7), and administrative support for Phase 2 construction field support and other work elements.
