Award Description: IOWA CITY FEDERAL BUILDING, GRAND ISLAND FEDERAL BUILDING, AND RETRO-COMMISSIONING SERVICES ONLY FOR THE FRANK CARLSON U.S. COURTHOUSE AND FEDERAL BUILDING to conduct onsite Retro-Commissioning, Energy Audits, Energy Analysis Calculations, generate a list of potential ARRA funded projects validated as a 'go/no-go' based on energy payback. In addition advanced metering evaluation and recommendations. Deliverables: Retro-Commissioning a. Furnish Security Clearance Information b. Initial on-site meeting c. Report of Go/No-go analysis of Gov. Energy conservation work d. Provide draft schedule for each study conduct onsite evaluations - RCx e. Provide brief site report for each building f. Provide FPT plan for review and FPT schedule g. Provide final FTP h. Provide draft commissioning report i. Provide final commissioning report j. Provide debriefing with GSA staff and O&M contractor Deliverables: Advanced Metering k. Post-award conference call or on site visit l. Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of EMCS metering audit m. Provide a written EMCS/Master Metering Report n. Written reviews of all EMCS/Master Metering project submittals o. Verify project met system design intent, installation requirements, and operability as clarified in design documents
