Award Description: Repair Non-Compliant Lift Stations & Dyess AFB, TX.
Project Description: This project consists of the complet refurbish/upgrade of lift stations to meet Texas state requirements as specified and regulated under the TAC on Environmental Quality Tile 30, Part01, Chapter 317, Rule 317.3. AFCO shall research and review the applicable Federal, State, Local and Dyess aFB rules and regulations, incorporating into design to meet as minimum regulatory requiremnts. AFCO shall visually inspect the lift station containment walls, valve vaults and covers in conjunction with proposal preparation. If any severe damage/degradation is present, photographic illustrations shall be provided with the proposal to support the requirements for repair and/or replacement actions. If an alternate sewage cannot be established, AFCO will provide port-o-johns or equivalent for facilities affected by sewage outages or the duration of the outage.
