Award Description: In 2004 EPA selected remediation of the Spring Creek Arm of Keswick Reservoir in the fifth record of decision (ROD5) for Iron Mountain Mine. The construction component of the work described in ROD5 was awarded under TO 045 under previously negotiated and executed contract # EP-S9-08-04
Project Description: Completed deployment and installation of the liner, geotextile, geomembrane and other layers in the CDF. Completed the excavation and installation of 10,400 LF of conveyance and/or utility water pipeline. Testing of the pipeline installed was successful. Installed the modutank at pump station No. 1. Continued development/construction of the lime and polymer treatment systems.
