Award Description: Funding will be used to replace window gaskets with structural silicone caulking, install reflective low-E film on all windows, replace lighting fixtures, replace grid ceiling and ceiling tiles, re-configure the HVAC distribution vent system and install new HVAC diffusers on the Madison County Courthouse. The Madison County Courthouse is an 11 story, primarily glass exterior structure built in 1964.
