Award Description: Funds are designed to enhance state and local government energy assurance planning and resiliency efforts, particularly in terms of new technologies and Smart Grid applications. The State Energy Office is working with the Office of Regulatory Staff, the Division of State Information Technology, the Emergency Management Division, and the Govenor's Office to accomplish the goals of the project. Deliverables include two 'table-top' exercises and the development of a comprehensive Energy Assurance Plan.
