Award Description: This award was to Introduce & Support the HUD 'Green Initiative requirements/services under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), which focus on special properties of HUD’s Section 8 Portfolio and also to enhance the Mark-To-Market System (M2M) in order to identify and track these properties. SubCLINs 4004a – 4004c under CLIN 4004 – Adaptive Maintenance for Task C.3.4 and to support the additional ARRA requirements/services as mentioned above will be introduced. As required, these ARRA requirements/services will be initiated and exercised by the associated subCLIN and will be negotiated based on Firmed Fix Price determined by Labor Hours/Labor Fixed Rates in accordance with the Base Contract.
Project Description: This award was to enhance the Market-to-Market System (M2M) in order to identify and track changes to special properties of HUD's Section 8 Portfolio, which introduce & Support the HUD 'Green Initiative requirements/services under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The signifcant services performed and delivered have been, 1) Developed Application code to accommodate Green Retrofit Program (GRP), 2) Conducted unit testing, 3) Peer Review Application code and refined code, 4) Created Application code Baseline, 5) Developed test cases and test data, 6) Conducted peer reviews of test cases, 7) Refined test cases and data, 8) Created test cases and test data baseline, 9) Conducted verification and validation and created test plans (VV&T) and 10) Performed quality assurance audit on unit and integration test plan
