Award Description: DTV Program, also know as the Transition from Analogo-To-Digital. Contractor was awarded 5,000 Installations (Expert Installations) in FCC Region # 1, which includes the following states: Alaska, Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Idaho. Expert Installations consisted of sending an installer to the homes of those most impacted by the DTV Transition, including but not limited to the Elderly, Poor, Non-English Speaking, Disabled, Disadvantaged. Tribal Communities and Others. Installer would install up to two 2 TV convetrters and make significant adjustment to Antennas, address the need to connect VCR's or other recording devices, these services were provided free of charge to the consumer.
