Award Description: This project aims at increasing required building for HIV prevention, counseling and testing services. It will also add to the useable space for clinical services which is found to be rather small for the number of additional patients we are serving through our IDS grant and quality of care that La Clinica provides. The project also aims at updating La Clinica's data processing equipment and increasing critically needed services of an IT advisor. it also retains services of our Building Manager
Project Description: As referred to above this project comprises three components - increasing space for HIV prevention, counseling and testing services, adding to useable space for clinical services program and updating IT equipment and providing IT advisory services. The first two components could not be started because we are awaiting sign-off from State Historic Preseravation Agency. The third component has commenced from 10/12/2009 and is not ready for reporting progress during this quarter.
Jobs Summary: A part-time position of an IT advisor has been created but has not been filled as yet. Our Building Manager's position has been retained. Implementation of this retained position commenced on 10/12/2009. (Total jobs reported: 2)
