Project Description: The Mariposa Lodge is a 10-bedroom residential substance abuse treatment facility for women. The proposed CDBG-R funded activity consists of the rehabilitation and repair of the building, the installation of energy-efficient windows and insulation, and the installation and repositioning of higher-efficiency hot water heaters for seismic safety.
