Program administrative costs 2)Department of Development Services - Payment of reasonable administrative costs related to planning and execution of community development activities, specifically general oversight of the CDBG-R program as well as Fair Housing and Federal Labor Standards Provisions. - $42,816 C. Public Services 3) Compass Youth Collaborative, Inc.- Peacebuilders Initiative - $154,224 D. Economic Development 4. Department of Development Services - Hartford Arts & Heritage Microenterprise Program - $600,000 E. Clearance 5) Department of Development Services - Complete razing (demolition) of structurally unsound residential and/or commercial buildings that pose an immediate public health and safety threat, which will address blight on a spot basis. - $50,000 F.
