Department of Development Services - Hartford Arts & Heritage Microenterprise Program - $600,000 E. Clearance 5) Department of Development Services - Complete razing (demolition) of structurally unsound residential and/or commercial buildings that pose an immediate public health and safety threat, which will address blight on a spot basis. - $50,000 F.
