Project Description: Environment Reviiew for both projects has been completed. Both CDBG-R Projects will start on October 15, 2009.
Infrastructure Description: Activity A: The inadequate River Avenue drainage system has resulted in flooding to adjacent residents. The project proposes to bring the flood protection in this area to a full 10 year protection level Activity B: Project rehabilitates sidewalks to improve and enhance low-moderate income neighborhoods. Activity C/ This activity will provide funds (not to exceed 10% of the total award) towards CDBG_R program administration.
