Award Description: Airport Development
Project Description: Reconstruct, Mark, Light & Groove Runway 6-24 including Associated Drainage.
Infrastructure Description: To preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery. To invest in transportation infrastructure that will provide long-term economic benefits and enhance the National Aviation System. Runway 6-24 is the main runway and is in very poor condition. In addition, frequent poor weather conditions warrants installation of high intensity edge lighting to accommodate jet activity serving local businesses.
