Award Description: This agreement provides funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to the State of Indiana to capitalize its revolving loan fund for the financing for the construction of drinking water facilities, green infrastructure, program administration and drinking water related activities. The primary purposes of the agreement are to: preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery through the investment in infrastructure projects that will provide long term public health and economic benefit, preserve and create jobs, and promote economic recovery.

Project Description: The overall purpose of and expected results of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds are to preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery, and to invest in environmental protection and drinking water infrastructure that will provide long-term economic benefits.

Infrastructure Description: To fund Drinking Water State Revolving Fund projects.
