Award Description: Provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, design, engineering, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the following: Repair/Upgrade the Peterson Installation Control Center in Bldg. 845. Design and Construct the renovation of the existing Command Post area in Bldg. 845. Design and Construct the renovation of two sets of Men's and Women's restrooms in Bldg. 845. Design and Construct the complete replacement of the HVAC system in Bldg. 1376. Design and Construct for repair facility by reconfiguration of interior walls, compete interior finishes replacement, restroom repair, repair electrical, life-safety, fire detection and protection, and incidental changes in Bldg. 1376. Design and Construct the repair of exiting landscaping and parking lots to meet anti-terrorism/force protection in Bldg. 1376. Design and Construct mechanical room addition in Bldg. 1376. Design and Construct for replacement of existing condenser with new condensing units, to include new DDC controls. Provide new airflows to classrooms on the first and second floor. Test, adjust and balance both multi-zone Air Handling Units in Bldg. 1141. Design and Construct for the renovation of two sets of Men's and Women's restrooms in Bldg. 1141. Renovate the classrooms and offices in Bldg. 1141. Replace with new, six hydronic unit heaters, thermostats/controls, and pipe insulation in Bldg. 640. Design and Construct for replacement of HVAC system with new to include two new gas fired, direct exchange rooftop units, new controls, ductwork connections; test, adjust, and balance the entire system in Bldg. 504.
