Award Description: Firm fixed price for construction of the second component (MILCON) of the HQ complex which is a 2 story wing of about 20,000sf housing a conference center and support facilities. These components will flank a central lobby that will serve as the primary entry to the expanded HQ complex.
Project Description: Installation of auger cast piles, commenced concrete activities, started underground utilities. No funds have been received to date. No billing occurred prior to 10/1/09. Clark expects more updated information to be provided on the next quarterly report which will include funds paid, any additional contracts awarded and job creation statistics.
Jobs Summary: The project started this quarter. No funds have been invoiced or received and jobs created are immaterial. The initial jobs that have been created for the work completed to date for pile work, excavation, concrete and utilities is (7) for underground plumbing, (6) for excavation, (6) for concrete, and (9)for piles.
