Award Description: Invest in public transportation by purchasing buses, storage facility, tow truck, bus shelters, computer software and hardware and renovating our administration facility
Project Description: This grant has allowed the transit agency to purchase seven Type III buses thereby allowing for service expansion, a maintenance tow truck to respond to vehicle accidents and bus shelters where the public has expressed need, a storage warehouse to house vehicles, computer software for the purpose of monitoring vehicles and we are installing a wash bay to wash our transit vehicles.
