Award Description: The Oliver Springs Housing Authority is receiving funds through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Public Housing Capital Fund Program. These funds are being used for miscellaneous renovations at all three of our public housing sites. Renovation work will include: tree trimming/removal, electrical upgrades. parking repairs, grading, landscaping and concrete work.
Project Description: Design of the proposed improvements is underway and is expected to be completed by the end of October 2009. Bidding and construction contract award are projected for December 2009.
