Award Description: This award will aid in carrying out a forward-looking risk management approach for the non-federal segments of the port community that complements the procedural and incident oriented focus of Area Management Security Plans (AMSPs), facility security plans, and vessel security plans while supporting both the National Strategey for Maritime Security and the National Response Framework. The plan identifies desired future/end state of port wide risk reduction measures needed and considers the cumulative benefits of these risk reduction measures.
