Award Description: Homelessness and Rapid Re-Housing Program. The purpose is to provide financial assistance and service to either prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless or help those who are experiencing homelessness to quickly re-house and stabilize. Suffolk County expects to serve approximately 250 households.
