Award Description: Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program: the purpose is to provide financial assistance and services to either prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless or help those who are experiencing homelessness to quickly re-housed and stabilized. The City expects to serve up to 900 households over three years.

Project Description: The City plans to use HPRP funds for both homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing. The City has allocated funds to 4 subgrantees. The City expects to prevent homelessness for households and end homelessness for at up to 900 households. It will focus on providing a combination of financial assistance and services to individuals and families who are homeless or about to become homeless.
