Award Description: IR Highway Improvements to West Main Road in Middletown. The outcome will be resurfacing of West Main Road from Coddington Highway to John Kesson Lane. Includes curbing and sidewalk replacement, new signage and pavement markings, replacement or addition of traffic and pedestrian signals.
