Award Description: RENTAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS TAKING THE PLACE OF SUBSIDY APPROVED ON BUDGET. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO APPROVED SUBSIDY. CANNOT GET AN ANSWER. MONEY SPENT IS PAYING DAY TO DAY INVOICES SUCH AS UTILITIES, TRASH, MOWING, MAINTENANCE SUPPLIES - REGULAR ACTIVITIES.
Project Description: MONEY RECEIVED FOR RENTAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS - SUBSIDY THIS MOENY IS USED TO PAY DAY-TODAY OPERATIONS SUCH AS UTILIIES MOWING TRASH ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON UNITS. RECEIVING THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT WE WOULD HAVE RECEIVED AS 'SUBSIDY' APPROVED ON BUDGET
