Award Description: IBM received $756,000 to support CBP / Office of Finance / Facility Managament and Engineering Directorate implementating a Commercial Of The Shelf (COTS) Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). In the 3rd QTR of CY2009, IBM tasks focussed on project preparation, with special emphasis on integration aspects with the CBP's SAP/ERP system.

Project Description: 3rd QTR 2009: IBM staff assisted the CBP / OF / FM&E directorate in developing the Investment Management Plan, in preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the IWMS software, as well as creating sub-plans of the project management plan (e.g., staffing plan and spend plan)
