Award Description: Assist States in the implementation of a statewide, comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary, interagency system of early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
Project Description: The Family Infant Toddler (FIT) Program has drafted a Request for Proposals (RFP) for this grant. The RFP requires that provider agencies propose how they will provide service coordination and early intervention services to children over the age of three.
