Award Description: Construction Management (Agency) Services for Renovation and Modernizationof the Birch Bayh Federal Building and US Courthouse in Indianapolis, IN Project will provide Construction Management (CM) Services forConstruction, Close Outand Tenant Coordination Services. Major work items include: Building envelope - replace the roof and restore exterior windows; Mechanical upgrades - replace major HVAC systems, temperature controls, part of the power distribution system, lighting system, fire alarm and sprinkler systems; Electrical upgrades - replace electrical service, emergency generator and emergency distribution panels, fire alarm command center replacement, cooling tower, 3rd floor bulkhead; Plumbing - convert steam heating system to hot water and replace associated piping, add a third chiller and replace existing DX coils; Upgrade public and jury room restrooms to meet ABBAS code requirements; and Demolition and ACM abatement incidental to major work items listed above.
