Award Description: Sampling and Chemical Analysis, Sims Bayou Flood Risk Management Project. Sediment samples were collected from Sims Bayou, for the purpose of conducting testing to characterize the material that will be excavated during sediment removal operations. The material was evaluated to determine whether unacceptable adverse impacts would result from excavation and material placement operations. The evaluation comprised of chemical analyses of sediment samples and grain size analyses.
