Award Description: Development of an interactive online training module for the Jacksonville District Regulatory Division; geared towards individuals who need to fill out a permit application. The module also included videos, resources, and an animated avatar. The avatar was created with a complete voice over narration and full player controls to assist the end user throughout the training module. Development and re-organization of the Regualtory Division's website; which included incorporating all elements of the online training module and USACE Regulatory policies, rules and guidelines; as well as streaming video in multi-languages.
