Award Description: Demolition of existing membrane roof assembly and replacement with a new high performance Cool Roof assembly on all roof levels at Robert J. Dole Courthouse. Provide construction management, construction administration, submittal review, construction inspections and all associated administrative services per the requirements of GSA.
Project Description: Design services for the following scope was performed through 100% completion: ? Design the removal of the existing damaged roofing and replacement with a highly insulated cool roof including insulation, roofing, flashings, counter flashings and copings. ? Design installation of maintenance personnel roof level tie-offs and fall protection measures. ? Study and design an roof surface integrated photo voltaic system. Construction Administration Services for the following scope was performed through approximately 40% completion: ? Review of contractors submittals. ? Attend and conduct and record on-site construction meetings. ? On-site observation of construction activities. ? Tracking and processing construction administration forms including meeting minutes and on-site reports, RFI?s, Requests for Change, Deficiencies and Omissions reports, etc.
