Award Description: The current overall purpose of the award is to upgrade and modernize the John W. Peck Federal building's existing HVAC systems, replacement of the exterior windows, and upgrading/installation of the building sprinkler system. The overall outcome of the project is to decrease the Buidling's overall energy usage by increasing the buidling systems's energy efficiencies. The major deliverables will included new windows, and new HVAC equipment.
