Award Description: To provide assistance and services to either prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless or help those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized.
Project Description: Significant services performed during the first period include obtaining signed contracts with the six subgrantees who will conduct case management services and provide assistance. A defined criteria for targeting households was developed and a process for financial services procedures A schedule for launch was drafted. Launch of program is expected for October 2009.
