Project Description: Project Description: Conduct Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) mandated Shop-built Above-ground Storage Tank (AST) inspections Quarterly Activities: 1) Contacted 12 Air Force bases and requested Government Furnished Material (GFM). GFM includes SPCC Plans, Facility Response Plans, AST inventories and specification details, AST inspection records, and other information that may be of value. 2) Reviewed GFM 3) Began preparation of Brief Work Plans and Draft Initial AST Management and Inspection Plans for each of the 12 Air Force Bases. The 12 Air Force Bases at which these activities pertain are, Altus, Columbus, Goodfellow, Gunter, Keesler, Lackland, Laughlin, Luke, Maxwell, Randolph, Sheppard, Tyndall, and Vance.
