Project Description: CFDA 17.207 (RECOVERY ACT-EMPLOYMENT SERVICE STATE ALLOTMENTS-STATES) funds are used, through the Texas workforce system and the Local Workforce Development Boards, to assist persons in workforce centers to secure employment and workforce information by providing a variety of services, including job search assistance, skills assessment, and labor market information services to job seekers and to employers seeking qualified individuals to fill job openings.
Jobs Summary: There were a total of 81.60 Employment Services jobs created/retained, and 162.64 Reemployment services positions created/retained.
