Award Description: Conduct modernization activities at various Public Housing Communities. This funding can be expected to result in providing employment fro architects and engineers, construction workers and product manufacturers. In addition this funding can be expected to replace windows in family developments with energy efficient windows. This funding will also provide for the replacement of doors and hardward with energy efficient doors and handicapped accessible hardware.
Project Description: Project includes the general renovation of 2 public housing communities encompasing 52 units. Activities include the installation of new energy efficient windows, doors, and hardware.
