Award Description: ARTCC Elevator Replacement Design/Build Projects at ZKC, ZNY, ZME.. The projects were awarded under an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Provides for the Phase 1 Design, Pre-Construction and Procurement Services for the Elevator Replacement Design/Build Projects at three Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) sites as follows: Kansas City ARTCC (ZKC) at Olathe, KS; New York ARTCC (ZNY) at Ronkonkoma, NY ; and Memphis ARTCC (ZME) at Memphis, TN. Phase 1 provides for these services through the delivery of the final design and construction documents and a Change Proposal for follow-on Phase 2 construction and construction phase professional services.
Project Description: ZKC: Final Design documents have been submitted, with preconstruction services on-going including procurement, final construction proposal, and early shop drawings being obtained.ZME: Pre-final Design documents have been submitted, with Final documents to be submitted in October 2009. Preconstruction services on-going including procurement, final construction proposal, and early shop drawings being obtained.ZNY: Not yet begun
