Award Description: The State receives funding to establish or supplement established ENERGY STAR appliance rebate programs to save energy, make rebates available to consumers, enhance existing rebate programs, and use existing ENERGY StAR consumer education and outreach metrials by keeping administrative costs low. The period of performance is estimated from 8-21-2009 to 2-17-2012.
