Award Description: As part of a Recovery Act initiative, the SBA has a requirement to implement Microsoft Enterprise Class Software to perform Customer Resource Management (CRM) and data warehousing functions. Copper River is providing the Project Management, Procurement, Logistics, delivery, distribution, installation services, and other value added services to multiple SBA locations, as required to fulfill this requirement. Copper River is working closely with Microsoft, and the SBA?s technical and management team to ensure the acquisition strategy and solution set support the initiative. Additionally, Copper River is assisting the SBA in providing topology design services, in addition to the services above, for the hardware platform to host the CRM and data warehousing solutions at multiple locations.
Project Description: As referenced above, Copper River delivered the required licensing to support the SBA's CRM initiative. Additionally, Copper River developed an Enterprise Data Warehousing design to accommodate the additional requirements of the SBA's data warehousing/CRM requirements. At this time, this portion of the contract has not moved forward.
