Expexted outcomes include the following: Improve quality of substandard units Improve energy efficiency Expected Results: Replace 13 A/C units with new high efficiency 2 speed 16 SEER units in 1937 Act homes. Install additional insulation in attic (bring to R-44) in thirty-nine 1937 Act rental units. Install Solar Panels in three units. Replace roofs for 14 homeownership units (subdivision and scattered sites). Renovate two conveyed homes (scattered sites). Rehab three 1937 Act rental units
