Award Description: The Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Grant Program assists States, Indian Tribes and local governments in undertaking comprehensive programs to identify and control lead-based paint hazards in eligible privately owned housing for rental or owner-occupants.

Project Description: The Wisconsin Lead Hazard Control Program is implementing a lead hazard reduction program to serve the balance of the State. The program will utilize the network of local health departments, HOME subrecipients, and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) grantees to identify and assist eligible households. The network of service providers will serve 240 eligible homeowner and rental households.
