Award Description: Conduct modernization activities at our Public Housing Project. This funding can be expected to provide employment for achitects, construction workers, and product manfacturers, In addition the funding can be expected to substantially modernize public housing units and provide energy savings.
Project Description: Awarded contract for 60% of ARRA funds. Actual modernization activites to begin first week in October Will include insulation, energy efficiency lighting,concrete work, carpeting and windwo replacement.
