Award Description: HEAD START 2009 ARRA COLA AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
Project Description: This money provides a 1.84% COLA for all staff; it pays for tuition for college education for staff working on Bachelor degrees; it pays for the repair/replacement of a boiler/HVAC system at a Head Start building and it provides the money to purchase the land for another Head Start building to be built.
